Review content:
The doctor was rough and hurt my mouth even while just doing the exam. He recommended extensive treatment options and the most extreme treatments. I have been going to the dentist on a regular basis and no one has ever suggested these types of treatments. He seemed uninterested in the facts that I am the patient, with a right to choose my treatments, and that I am a cash patient without insurance. He said they would give a 30% discount for cash, but the final 'estimate' was for 15% discount. Quite a difference.
The staff was rude, including the hygenist. They do not treat you like a human being at any point during the two hour time span. I was kept waiting over a half hour past my appointment time, and I arrived early.
It was a completely disheartening experience because I do need dental treatment and now am back to square one. I do not trust them to do a competent job and it is clear they do not listen to patient concerns.
Pros: None whatsoever.
Cons: The entire ordeal.
