First off, your salesman, Ted Tindall was not only very professional; but at the same time very comforting to me at a time that was so very stressful. At our age, my husband and myself was not looking forward to moving. Ted helped me with all my questions and concerns without pushing me to choose your firm. I do not like to be pushed into a decision and Ted gave me the right questions to ask when I called other moving companies. So, Ted wsa the real reason I initially chose North Star, the other companies were too pushy and did not fully explain their prices. Now we get to your employee, Roy Ashual. We could not believe how efficient, organized and what a hard worker he was on our moving day! As soon as he showed up, he made us feel so at ease with this move. I was actually getting tired watching him work so hard. After we were moved in that evening, I cooked supper for the 2 young men, nothing fancy, but I wanted to show my appreciation. Ram, you truly have jewels working for you, please forward copies of this e-mail to their personal files and please praise them for me and my husband. If we know anyone who requires a moving company, we will make sure they know to call your firm. You should be proud of these 2 men.
