"Everybody's talking about my new way of walking," baby does it blow my mind that after 49 years and 13 marathons I'm re-learning how to walk, and with great results! I am no longer waking up in the middle of the night with hip pain. I can do the activities I love (gardening, hiking, dance, etc.) without fear of hurting myself or making my pain worse. I am extremely happy with my improvement and am grateful for the knowledge and encouragement I received at Life's Work.
