My therapist worked magic on my headaches and neck/shoulder pain. She quickly and accurately assessed the problems and began therapy to immediately resolve the issues. I am now pain-free after 8 sessions.
She also gave me the tools (strengthening exercises and stretches) to manage the pain as it begins. She is extremely knowledgeable and approached each new ache or pain as a new challenge. I will not hesitate to recommend her and Lifes Work to friends and co-workers.
