I have gone to this location several times for a massage with great results!!....however I recently scheduled an appt to have a full set of acrylic nails, and to have the ones I have on removed.....One would presume they knew how much time to allow for this, or make the time once the customer is in the chair.....its a service industry. The nail tech "Emi" greeted me with a cold hello.......After making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable from the beginning...she proceeded to tell me over and over and over in a very strong tone that she didnt have time to do what I requested, after she made a few huffs and puffs as if she were put out, 2 other employees came over to apologize for the time issue, (despite thats what I had made an appt for) I said,ok...I will need 2 nails redone,the others do whatever it is you can ,once again, Emi huffs and puffs, acts put out and very agitated,proceeds to make it very known in front of me that shes more concerned about her future appts, rather than focusing on the one in front of her.....at that point, she lost my business, and she should not be in a service/people oriented business she"s AWFUL !!!!
Pros: Massage Therapy is excellent
Cons: Much of the Staff needs to be replaced,including Emi, and the Manager
