My husband and I were referred to Convict Hill Floor Covering by a friend and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Christian, the owner, and her staff did an amazing job on our hardwood floor installation. From the moment we met Christian, she was so helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. She was able to suggest a floor choice that not only matched the look we wanted but also worked within our budget.
We’ve been renovating our condo from top to bottom and have worked with many contractors. It seemed that every projected we started ran into huge problems that all could have been avoided with better service and attention to detail. What a relief it was to work with Christian and her crew. The installers did a great job and were very professional and efficient. The install was a success - no problems to report and the turnaround time was quicker than we expected. Our floors look absolutely amazing.
We were so impressed with their service and quality of work, that we are now in the process of having Convict Hill Floor Covering install Silestone countertops in our kitchen. Once this is done, our next renovation project will be our bathroom. We will undoubtedly use Convict Hill Floor Covering for our bathroom tile and countertops.
