I go a free water analysis along with free help.. after the test I was told I needed a water filter .. they did give me a free estimate it was so detailed was glad to see what I really needed to buy for the water conditioner .. they also do installation and service the products they sell which is a plus. .. the parts are always available .. along with delivery of salt bags.. no more carrying bags of salt
