Businiess name:  Capital Grille

Review content:
I love the Capital Grille brand; many great steaks were eaten there at the Boston store. The Denver Capital Grille used to be a a great restaurant when it first opened. The key phrase is used to be................... the steak was cold. Cold! The dining room is so loud you cannot hear the person next to you; perhaps this is why our waiter got our order wrong twice! The whole experience was made worse by all the drunk patrons. If I am going to pay this kind of money for a steak i expect top service, WARM FOOD OR EVEN HOT and patrons to be civil. The prices are the same but Capital is not in the same ball park as Sullivan's or Delfriscoes or even Ruth's. Again, at those places at least your food is warm and at least not every customer is drunk as a skunk. Avoid this restaurant until corporate gets some new management; the one in Providence and in Boston is SUPERIOR to this immitator. Is anyone in Corporate paying attention?
