I first visited Epione when visiting from Massachusetts and knew I'd found the place to continue my Botox treatments when I moved. When California became my home I began my sessions, with successful results.
Dr. Ourian makes every client feel important - You don't have to have celebrity status or limitless funds. He takes his time to answer questions, make suggestions and take your financial constraints into account. He even offered to take a look at my elderly mom's leg when I told him of a slow healing wound that was causing me concern.
Foolishly, I believed an ad I read in the paper promising quick, dramatic restoration of youth and made an appointment at another establishment. It was the worst experience of my life - psychologically, financially and physically.
For a year I refrained from any forms of plastic surgery. As another birthday loomed ahead I decided it was time to revisit Dr. Ourian. Instead of lecturing me on my errant ways and poor judgment he demonstrated an incredible amount of empathy and understanding. Returning to Epione did wonders for my ego - I not only looked better when I left but I felt better about myself too! This is a doctor who realizes that self esteem goes beyond the reflection in the mirror.
It will take me a couple of years to recover financially from my mistakes, but once it is feasible, Dr. Ourian will be my choice for more intensive anti-aging treatments.
