I've been going there since I moved to Portland almost 20 years ago. My Subaru was in there many times until I got fed up and bought a VW. They told me they don't really work on VW's and told me a good shop that did. When I sold the VW and got a Mazda I was back at Burnside auto. Never had any issues with them. George is the nicest guy. Always good prices. I now go there maybe once a year and when I call him he always remembers me by name.
