That's the question I've been asking the service manager I've worked with the last couple of times I've had vehicles there for repair.
They do fantastic work, keep you informed of when it will be completed, and the work is done when they say. They also have a lifetime warranty, although that doesn't protect you against having another collision in the same spot on the vehicle that they just repaired!
