FYI they only get one because I HAVE to give at least one.....
Facts; Ok. Well when you call and leave REPEATED messages over a two week period and don't get a response back until you have to speak to THEIR supervisor. Or when the heat hasn't been turned on in the middle of Nov. and when you call the property manger has no idea why the heat isn't on or when the heat will be on. Or when you know your buildings by laws(Co-op) and the inexperienced property manager is completely incompetent and YOU have to show her a copy of the laws because she doesn't know what she's doing. Or when they were supposed to hook up my front door access and the property manager said it would be done by Tue and Thur it still wasn't done, and after I called again and he stated it would be done by the next day; surprise surprise it wasn't done. It took me chewing him a new one to finally have it done a week and a half after the date HE stated! ZERO customer service!
