Review content:
I was one of the first clients and I suspect they were trying to get a feel for pricing and service stragety. I must admit, they do excellent work, but I often felt taken advantage of. On a number of occasions, I was put on the spot to get a number of their other services. I understand that is their business, but I just wanted a hair cut, not microdermabrasion. I just wanted subtle highlights, not my entire hair dyed, glazed and some other things I didn't need nor, ask for. (though, it looked pretty damn good) Perhaps i'm an easy target, but I must have told them "NO THANKS" so many times. Their pricing is impuslive and inconsistant. First time, I paid $55 plus tip, then it went to $75 plus tip (for the same service) Then for the highlights, try $375, I did buy some conditioner, but jezzz, my marrige almost ended that day, my husband freaked, and really, so did I. If you're expermental and have deep pockets, then go for it. For those of us who just want a hair cut, then check out Jaunt or Terra Metra (sp). Pros: Great stylist, nice atmosphere Cons: High sales pressure, expermental with clients, inconsistant pricing.
