Review content:
Mounir (the owner) cut my hair 5/5/2010 and didn't stick around to see what it looked like dry. It looked awful; there was a huge chunk missing from the right side. The stylist tried her best to fix it and ended up apologizing, saying that Mounir had left and that she wasn't licensed to cut hair or else she would try to fix it. I called and wrote Mounir to express my distress and seek a reimbursement for the cut, but he won't return my call (yes, I paid the poor stylist for the cut - it wasn't her fault). The worst part is that he knew I was getting my hair cut to go to my grandfather's funeral the next day. It was a terrible experience. Most business owners would at least call/email/write back to an upset customer. It's taken three cuts (A Natural Buzz salon is GREAT!) to get my hair halfway decent again.
