Review content:
My son went to Knowledge Beginnings for two and a half months. When he started he was 7 months old. The biggest problem with the set-up in the infant room was that there was not a separate room for sleeping. Enrollment fluctuated and sometimes there were as much as 8 babies in the room. They even combined rooms, so there were "wobblers" in the room too for a period of time. It was loud and overstimulating and I don't think my son got enough sleep. Also, there was a change of staffing and for a little while it was very inconsistent. The best thing about the facility was that it was super flexible. We only needed a short term placement, and he could enroll and withdrawal whenever we needed with no problem. I think this daycare center would be better for older children who can benefit more from a curriculum. I was never concerned about my son's safety or the cleanliness of the facility. It also did reassure me that I could visit him whenever I wanted to, and there were extra staff there to provide breaks and back up.
Pros: safe, clean, convenient, you can drop in any time
Cons: infant room- overcrowded and overstimulation, expensive
