Review content:
I decided to try this salon for some laser hair removal. Initially, I thought the salon was nice expect for one of the hairdressers who was blatantly talking about customers on the floor. So they treatment was over quickly and I left. The next time I waited half an hour just to get it. The technician told me, she "had to go to the bathroom" and didn't realize the whole half and hr someone was in there. Meanwhile this procedure takes all of 5 minutes. Really? She couldn't wait? Anyway proceed to appointment 3 and 4. I waited over an hour to get my appointment. The stylists were giving water and iced tea to the waiting clients, but never even asked me. Appointment 3 I got in to the room and the technician was on her cell phone the whole time she was doing the laser hair removal (same girl that had to go to the bathroom) Appointment 4 I got into the room and the technician told me "Sorry I'm late, I didn't realize I had to work" So I left obviously annoyed but thought I would complain to the management after my final session. I did want to piss off someone with a laser in hand. The first 4 times I had appointments, I got a call from the receptionist reminding me of my appointment. So of course I thought it was going to happen the 5th time. Nope. I got a call from the receptionist saying that I lost the last treatment which had already been paid for. I called to finally make my complaint and the receptionist said they don't call to remind about appointments. I mentioned they had every other time. She said it was the receptionists fault for not telling me they would no longer call...exactly, the receptionists fault..so why should I lose my treatment. I had planned on going there for a lot if I had been satisfied, but I will NEVER go back and I will be sure to tell my friends the same.
