I feel a sense of freedom that cigarettes can no longer control me. The hypnosis process has given me a sense of relaxation. I look forward to many years of being a non-smoker, FINALLY! Robert is very easy-going, friendly and compassionate. I already have more energy and enjoy taking long, deep breaths without any heaviness.
