I was goggling for plumbers and I came across Drain Solvers.
I have to say that I was very Skeptical after reading "otohara" review. But I took the chance and called Dain Solvers. My main line was backing up and I needed help right away. Their response time was unbelievable, they were there in 20 mins! They accessed the problem , went over what needed to be done and did a spot repair on my mainline. I have to say "otohara" must be smoking something. It was the best service I have had from any plumbing company! From the time they answered the phone to the time the job was complete, very professional, nice, and went over all pricing before they started the job. I love the fact they go over what is needed to be done and their upfront pricing , left no surprises!! There is no way that Drain Solvers could have charged any charges without the customers knowledge as they have you initial by what is going to be done prior to starting the job. "otohara " had to have initialed what work he had done prior to the job starting, and you can refuse service if you do not like the price. No high pressure sales! the technicians take the time to educate me on what needed to be done! Drain Solvers you are my personnel plumbers! Thanks Drains Solvers for making me smile!!!!
