Review content:
This is my first review ever.
I couldn't help but say how amazing this place is. The Manager is very personable and patient. I didn't once feel rushed even though his phone was ringing and others were in line behind me.
I didn't realize what all could be done to my old shoes to make them new agian. Like another reviewer said, dont throw away your old shoes till you come first!
To top off the whole experience, the location downtown on congress is the oldest store in the company. It has an old fashioned feel to it. To that, the manager weres button down long sleeve shirts and slacks to work on shoes! I asked why, he pointed at a picture on the wall and said, "they did it a hundred years ago, why cant I do it today?". I was suprised by that, I will never go anywhere else. It's getting too hard to find dedication and customer service these days.
Oh, and my shoes are PERFECT now. Time to dive in my closet and see what else I can find. lol
