I've been rather spoilt when it comes to hairdressers. I'm from the UK and in general my preference is the more aggressive and edgy styles we have over there. That said I was very happy and actually rather surprised at Alina's willingness to take on a challenge (and a very picky customer), and indeed the success with which she did so.
She clearly has strong artistic sensibilities and the pre-requisite skillset, but is also open to direction at any point. Consequently I continue to return to her (some 8 months after my first appointment), and have no intentions to look elsewhere. My confidence in her is such that I happily recommended her to my supervisor, and would do so to anyone with taste.
