Save your money and don't waste your time! I bought a Groupon for a laser treatment that promises you will lose inches off your troubled area.
I paid $99 for a treatment that they advertised as regularly costing $500. I also did LOTS of research about this procedure, so I knew what to expect and felt that $99 was reasonable.
When I called to make the appointment, Chastain wanted my credit card. I told them the procedure was already paid for (Groupon). They told me if I didn't give 24 hours' notice of cancelation, they would charge my account. That was my first red flag! All they have to do is void the groupon if you don't show up and they still make $99.
I arrived for my appointment. Found out the appointment was a consultation only ... and I would have to come back for the treatment. They didn't tell me this on the phone (I would never have agreed to go twice since it was a long drive for me).
The treatment was NOT as advertised. No technician worked on me. I sat under a laser beam in a room by myself for 40 minutes. Afterwards, I asked how I was going to lose inches from sitting under the laser for 40 minutes. The technician told me I wouldn't see any results because I should have a massage with it -- which happens to cost extra. Oh, and I need to come back a minimum of 9 times.
IT WAS A JOKE. THEY SCAMMED ME! THEY FALSE ADVERTISED. THERE IS NO WAY THAT SITTING UNDER A LASER FOR 40 MINUTES COSTS $500!!!!
I'm so thankful that Groupon is a reputable company. They refunded my money, so the only thing I wasted was my time.
Stay away from Chastain Wellness Studio!!!!
