If you are considering renting an apartment here, keep looking. The management company is inept and rude. It is their policy to screw their tenants out of money. Don't bother calling their managers, they are just as rude and unethical. This complex has more dogs per square foot than a puppy mill, which is bad whether you like dogs or not. The walls are so thin that you will hear your neighbors fighting and some times it gets physical. This is a great party spot for local un-supervised teenagers, they love to hang out in the parking lots and the surrounding woods until the wee hours of the morning or until they puke all over the streets. The shoddy appliances break frequently and you will have to wait days for them to get temporarily repaired. They will break again. Once you do finally get out of here, prepare to wait months to get your deposit back, they wont give it to you, if they can help it. Please do not rent here.
