My hair stylist moved and I am looking for a new place to go. I am big on reviews and take them quite seriously. I saw that the art of hair had 5 stars but like I said I always check reviews. I looked at the things people didnt like and I would have say it changed my mind completly. I like to invest money into my hairstylist but I expect high customer service. Even when I called to get some information the message on the phone sounded snoby. Not even taking the time to answer the phone. my friends follow my lead on who to go to and I would have to say that it would take something drastic to change my mind at this point
