I was searching for a new stylist as i just came back from Sarasota, came across this salon and read the reviews and the fine print...where does this salon get off charging full price of service if you miss or late to your appt? I have never heard of such nonsense...if they are as busy as they claim to be I am sure they will have other clients to fill in canceled appts. ... It doesent mater how good a salon is if thier customer service sucks
