We put down $1,200 for a deposit at this place. At move out they told us that we were not getting any of our deposit back and they wanted another $300 on top of that! They said to replace 1 (yes, one) room of carpet was $845. It wasn't new to begin with. We didn't trash the place either. They charged us another $360 for painting and another $160 for cleaning. We were there for 1 year. Aside from the fact that they don't answer service calls for almost 2 weeks and rob you blind when you move out, the parking is ridiculous too. You are allowed 1 space per apartment. There is no additional parking in the complex. All other cars have to park on the street. Beware there usually very little to no parking after 7pm. Fullerton P.D. loves to hand out tickets on that street also. My theory... KEEP LOOKING! Pros: Nice area Cons: See my review
