Smoking addicts anyone. I am a healthcare provider who was shamed into quiting smoking by my son who said he was "worried about me". I made the decision to quite for good and was fortunate to find Larry Westerman in San Diego. Let me first say that YOU must be ready and willing to leave the habit behind. If you are fooling yourself, and cigarettes have a way to play with your mind, then don't bother. But if you are finally rational enough to commit to it then you need Larry Westerman. How convinced am I? About 20 years worth of non-smoking and loving it. Now take a deep breath and make that decision.
