Review content:
We use to Love this place! The owners wife needs some education on customer service. We took our dog there and when we picked him up, we noticed something different about him. Couldn't quite put our fingers on it though. When we arrived home we then noticed four DEEP dog bites underneath his neck (we have photos and vet documentation). The vet said these bites had to be there for at least 24 hours! When I called the resort Sandy the office girl said "why didnt you say anything sooner" the owner Pat said "these things happen, you know the risk, the community wants us to have the dogs play together" I should go back to guide dog training where we kenneled all the dogs". I cannot believe NO ONE heard this dog get mauled! He was bit FOUR times under the neck! Where were the staff! Our dog needed to be shaved with antibotic injections (4) and routine antibiotics for two weeks. Do you think this place ever called to check on him. NO!!! I should have sued them and we are still thinking about it. We will NEVER take our dogs to this place again. They have installed video cameras which allow them to be out in the yard less and we beleive no one was in the yard at the time. We are pleased to say our dog is doing great and he still enjoys playing with other dogs.
