Worst dining experience ever. These folks have fallen far. We have enthusiatically visited the Fresh Fish Company for many years, but last night's meal was a dismal experience and I doubt we will ever return. Among the litany of occurences
-the seat of the booth was wet when we sat down
-numerous waitstaff passed by our table as the empty dishes piled up
-the promised fresh pepper for our salad never materialized and we had to grab a busboy
-a request for water was never fulfilled
- an ordered side dish was never delivered
-presentation of the dishes was abominable, not even a sprig of parsley to liven up the plate
-when our waitperson did surface, it was only because she was rushing somewhere else and seemed not to care about our responses
There certainly seemed to be plenty of staff running around, yet the place was unusually sparse for a Saturday evening. The food was adequate, although my tuna was overdone. There are simply too many other similarly-priced restaurants around to waste time and money on what was once an exceptional place to dine. My condolences.
