I was referred to Sterling body shop by my Porsche dealer in Newport. I called and asked several questions about how they would repair my car, what type of warranty they would provide, customer service, length of time in business, etc. I drove to their shop in Tustin and saw several Porsches in their parking lot. One of their service advisors gave me a tour of the shop and showed me more Porsches under repair.
I was convinced that they had the experience and knowledge to work on my car. I called my insurance agent from their office and made arrangements for the adjuster to inspect my car at their shop.
Even though I had some problems with my insurance adjuster paying for all of the repairs, however I was completely satisfied with the customer service and repairs at Sterling body shop. I will use these guys again, if I need body work.
