My wife's BMW was involved in an accident about 2 months ago. I was referred to Sterling BMW Collision by my insurance company. This was our first accident so we were not familiar with the claim processing. Our advisor (john) was very professional and helpful in dealing with our insurance company. They did a great job in repairing our 530 I and it was done a few days earlier than promised. BTW, my brother in law couldn't tell what part of the car was fixed after he saw the car. Thanks a gain guys, great job.
