I had a very painful ingrown toe nail that had to be removed. I had made an appointment for 3 days after my initial call (due to time contraints, waiting on medication to start working, etc). The receptionist is extremely friendly. While waiting on my appointment to come around, I decided that I couldn't wait that long. I called the office and asked for an earlier appointment, the next morning. I asked if there was by chance anything that day, she checked and I was in luck. She asked if I could get there in 15 minutes and she could work me in. I was greeted by name and it was a simple process. Dr. Killian was extremely easy going and talked me through the entire process. He took great care to ensure that my toe was completely numb before starting and explained everything he was going to do beforehand. If you need a podiatrist, I'd definitely recommend this extremely professional and very friendly establishment.
