my company has full filled our warranty with mr webb saying that we have offered to drop by an see if we can help him til he can afford a new roof but that is the next step on a older house we was hired to patch the chimmey we did an it lasted over two years that good for the condition of his roof it could have a broken shingle some where above the chimmey hard to say repairs on roofs is a dangerous business we try our best on ever house an we did his but he been out of warranty over a year an we went back to his house an he did not want to here he needs more work .
