Rick Anderson was professional in his approach, knew precisely what needed to be done for the mold problems in our rental condo in Clearwater. Others gave high estimates for remediation, but had no idea what casued it. Rick not only knew the problem source, but took care of the problems for fraction of the costs others have quoted. I recommend him higly for his competence, professionalism and his honesty.
