Businiess name:  U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
Under no circumstances would I recommend using this U-Haul Dealer! Lets set aside the fact that there is a total lack of professionalism from an utterly rude woman, both on the phone and in person. Instead, take into account a 100.00 dollar charge added to our bill which was discovered a month later when balancing our checking/debit. When we called the dealer to sort through this we were yelled at by the same woman, hung up on several times, told WE requested 100.00 dollar cash back at the time of pick-up, and/or it MUST be the fault of our bank. Then she stated that if the right information was faxed to her proving it was not OUR or the mistake of the bank, that she would "gladly fix the mistake" the following day. A week was spent with no action and all calls ignored. Finally we called the U-Haul Company itself where after their investigating THEY deposited the missing 100.00! I will let you draw our own conclusion to the obvious! Do yourself a favor...drive farther, pay more and get better service. That's what I get for trying to keep business local. I won't make the same mistake again!
