Morons! This is the second time I have had to go back in and get "the rest" of my clothes because when I picked them up they over looked some. I am at the moment hoping that my husband's Hugo Boss suit and several of my designer pieces are able to be found. They charged my cc $145.00 (that is after a 40% off coupon) but only gave my husband 3 pieces when he picked them up. I dropped off two bags STUFFED with clothes and they gave him 3 pieces. I am LIVID.
