Review content:
Good: I have been under your cares over a year, both my wife and I have dental insurance coverages, so there is plenty you can charge us, but I haven't been under the cares of a certified dentist since I started my treatments in your office, 100% of my services are done by dental hygenist. While the hygenist did a outstanding job, I don't feel like the dentists in charge in this office really care about me as a patient!. Bad: The billing lady also harrassed me by asking me to check with my insurance to see if procedures are covered before I am being treated. Again, I am used to being treated special under the cares of real certified dentists, some are even faculty members of good dental schools, and they had never asked to check with my insurance carrier when I have never reach my coverage limits in decades of payment records.. Improvements: No needs, not for me, any way. I am going back to my old dentist in Boston!.
