I've tried to delete the bad review more than a dozen times and every time it comes right back up. I'm sorry, I've tried and I wanted you to know that I have tried to delete it as I said I would but it won't take. I can't get any help with the matter from Citysearch and I have sent, yet another email. I've tried to delete the account but that won't work. My apologies. We DO like Cepeda a great deal. He is a VERY kind doctor. He is funny and listens VERY well. he is inventive and informative. Bobbie is a wonderful, caring, loving nurse. We've never had any problems with them putting our child FIRST. They are a WONDERFUL pair. At first we were very angry about how we were treated whenever our son was sick because we felt as though we were being ignored and treated as though we were 'neurotic first time parents'. There were a couple of doctors that had made us unhappy with their performance and I deeply apologize for saying what I've said about them here. Cepeda is certainly not one of those doctors (as my review seems to suggest) as he has ALWAYS succeeded in doing his best for us and our child. The staff is very friendly and always returns my calls when I needed them. I have no issues other than the two doctors with which I've had bad experiences with. Once again, I'm deeply sorry that I cannot remove this review. Hopefully others will see this post and disregard the first one that was written at an emotional time whenever my son was sick and in pain.
