When we called in our order it took quite a while for someone to pick up the phone(we thought to ourselves it must be busy). When we arrived to pick up the pizza, no one was in the place. The 4 'counter' girls were standing around when the phone rang. My wife and I noticed NO ONE answering the phone, then a shrug a grunt and a deep sigh later, one of the girls picked up. AHA now we know why they never pick up quickly. We tell one of the girls our phone #(I guess names are too complicated) and she goes into the "kitchen" and turns back and says it will be a few minutes. I notice two pizzas sitting on the automated pizza oven and think to myself "I bet those our are pizzas" and then after we're told again it will be just a few more minutes I say the same thing to my wife about the pizzas on the "oven". Needless to say they were ours and we're never going back to this POS.
