Businiess name:  Noah's Ark Kennel and Cattery

Review content:
Let me start by saying that the people here are friendly, and seem very kind to the animals. You can also almost always get in at the moment's notice, it seems. The facility is small and cramped. It is very dark in the indoor run area (they have indoor/outdoor runs for the dogs) and the runs are very tight together. My dog was very afraid to walk past all of the runs to get to the one designated for her. When I picked her up, she had had a bath, as I requested. But, they told me she wouldn't be ready until around 2 pm, so that's when I picked her up. However, they charge for an entire day if the pet is not picked up by noon--so not only was the bath way overpriced ($30 for a medium sized dog???) but I also had to pay for an extra day--that bath ended up costing $47--I definitely would have done it myself when I brought her home had I known that. Plus, they clipped her nails, which I did not request, and there was a hangnail, which of course she chewed on later, and her nail started bleeding when I got her home. In all, I was pretty unhappy with Noah's Ark--it would have to be a pretty dire emergency for me to ever take my dog back there.
