On my very first visit to SALON EFFECTS every thing about it was pleasing. I had my hair cut at a terrible salon that I wont mention here and I needed it fixed badly. A friend told me to check out Sandi at SALON EFFECTS because she could work miracles. Well, not only did Sandi straighten out a bad hair cut,she also highlighted my ends and gave me a totally fresh look. The service was professional, fast and I felt that I was in the ahands of someone who actually cared
about the service she provided. SALON EFFECTS IS THE BEST!!!
