Review content:
In a recent thunderstorm, we took a very close hit that knocked out electricity. When it a came back up an hour or so later, the water still wasn't working. I picked these guys from the phone book & kept my fingers crossed that they would be good.
Fearing that my pump had been hit, I expected to have to do an expensive replacement. When I called, the woman who answered was friendly and sympathetic. She said I'd get a call back soon. Nervous that I'd never hear back, I was relieved when my call was return very quickly. I was told they'd have someone the in the afternoon. Less than two hours later ( late morning ), the repair guy arrived. He very quickly found the minor problem and showed me how to fix it myself in the future. They could easily have told me I needed a big, expensive pump replacement ( what I expected ). They were very fair, honest and prompt. I would highly recommend this company for any well problems.
