Review content:
I went in for an oil change on my brand new vehicle. While waiting I was told that my car has a special filter and that they would have to go out to get it. They claimed to have done that- which is why I sat there waiting for an hour & a half. I left there thinking everything was fine, but only a few weeks later I found out it wasn't! I started to have a bad oil leak and went to another place only to discover that the guys at Jiffy Lube did not change my oil filter. They had instead forcefully put back the original one and in doing so made a hold in the filter. The entire bottom of my car was now filthy with oil everywhere - so I had to pay $52 somewhere else for a new oil change and the cleaning of all the oil (Not to mention the 6 or so quarts of oil I had to add in there since I noticed the leak)
Jiffy Lube did refund my money as well as the money I paid for the new oil change and cleaning, but I would never trust them again!
