Mark was the most tactless business owner I have ever spoken with. I know that customer service is very hard and I usually go out of my way to look for things to compliment the people that help me. I have nothing good to say about my conversation with him though. His workers left nails on my street and caused me a flat tire. When I called him to see if there was any way of resolving it he called me a liar and went into some detail about how I could never prove that it was him. He justified it all because he has "been in business over 30 years" as if that gives him a free ticket to treat anyone however he wants. Then he hung up on me. I would not recommend his "service" to anyone. EVER!
