Review content:
I went in to trade in $2500.00 diamond/platnium earrings along with other diamonds and gold. Within 3 minutes the woman who helped us asked "What amount are you looking for. ?" Then saw my receipt and then said well " $250.00" for the earring studs. Totally insulted my husband that spent the $2,500.00 for the pair and if she thought that I was going to show her the rest of the diamonds that I had, she was sadly mistaken. They are not in the market to buy gold and diamonds, they are in the market taking them. I will never step foot in that store again and will let all my friends know. Now I know we were not dressed up and I was in my work clothes and my husband in Levis but the manner that we were treated was appauling. Shame on John Stafford .
