Review content:
Good: The price given.. Bad: The bait and switch. They come in with a low (estimate) and then charge outragous final bill. They bid us $7100 to move our property and then charged our credit card $8810 saying we were overweight. I talked to North American and they said Nelson underestimated the weight by 4,000 lbs. In addition, they damaged our very expensive baby grand piano and some memorabilia. To top it off, they are arrogant and unsympathetic. I would definately avoid this company..
