Great costomer service by the owner "clayton" only problem all LIP service!!!
I was told his installers were certified and trained for minimum 5 years!!!
Once he got my cash Which he did not charge me sales tax !!! the story changed. From they would knock my car right out to the parts will be here in an hour away. 3 hours later the parts showed up but so did lunch all 2 installers all of 20 years old both ate their lunch played with 5 or 6 dogs running around then disapeared to the installation bay presumidly to start my installations now almost 4 hours later. Only to return through the front door with the owner Clayton Smelling of P0T and red eyes to prove it. 2 hours later my car was complete New struts and springs and headlight bullbs. The installer pulls my car around throws my keys to me and say "he heres a noise when it goes over bumps but it will go away" I walk out to inspect the installation and find all the old springs on my pasanger seet with no box and the old struts in the back seat . and the new struts had shot through my hood and rear deck. I went right to the owner and he told me "nothing was wrong with his install and my car must have been wrecked." Stating that I did not pay for a professional install I paid him." and"if i had a problem with it or him we could step outside and he would kick my A$$." I asked for his business licanse and automotive repair number and he told me to "get the F*CK OUT of his shop and find the information on the internet." I told him "I would see him in court" All of his 5 employees burst out in laffter and all chimed intogether as if it was reherst " GET IN F*CKING LINE YOU AIN'T THE FIRST OR LAST A$$HOLE" I was shocked and left contacted a laywer and served them and YES I am one of 45 suits in Calif. and at least one in Las Vegas. beware
