Review content:
I was not happy with the quality of the work or service at Aspen Eyewear. I had two sets of prescription glasses made there and the lenses are now popping out of both because they clearly were not cut to fit the shape of the frames. The lenses are curved and the frames are straight. When I tried to take them back, Aspen Eyewear did not accept them and suggested I left them in the sun and that warped the lenses. I have never left them in the sun and that is a ridiculous assertion. I could see frames warping, but lenses?!?
