I went here to look for some reptile supplies and after browsing the cages and them claiming all their pups were "full-blooded" not AKC mind you (a mutt is any dog with out papers to prove their heritage no matter how nice they look or price on their sticker). The rats had no water and feces and pee all over their cage. The ball Python baby was almost dead with a respitory infection and mucus buildup all over its mouth. A Lepord gecko (im guessing blizzard phase) that was almost dead of starvation. and the "iguanas" that they had had no fresh food. never mind the lizzards there were bloated to the point id be willing to guess they hadnt had a proper UV bulb in the time theyd been there, or before. Then the ladt had the audacity to say shed been in the reptile buisness for 25 years. Apparently not dedicated to the animals welfare. It's a shame they are in a mall because any other location and the buisness would have gone under by now. I would advise people to not buy live animals from them as they will not give anysort of garentee as most reputable sellers and breeders will. If you want a puppy or kitten go to a well known and reviewed breeder, same for anyone looking for rodents or reptiles. you will end up not having major vet bills from the lack of care eirly in the animals life.
