I've been to Braman many times. And after every visit, I wondered why I continued to go there. You can usually find coupons for an oil change. They usually cost $19.99...fair price. The problem is the service. The wait, especially on weekends, is long and tiresome. Its not a pleasant experience at all. I also don't feel as though they take the time to explain when they find a problem with your car. During one "rountine" oil change, they actually lost my car keys and I had to wait an hour while they made me a new key. Thats typical. If you're desperate for a cheap oil change, use Braman. But be sure to pack your patience.
