I receive the 24 hour deals through my email from Mind and Body spa and decided to take them up on a package that included a 75 min 4 hand massage, scalp aromatherapy and reflexology. It was a surprise gift for my husbands birthday. I booked 2 weeks in advance. I called in the am of apt date to confirm that is was all set to go and they were aware of the package. The girl put me on hold for quite a while and then came back and said "yes" we are aware of the package you purchased and he is ready to go this afternoon. If the truth be told I think they should have agreed to redo the entire package and do it right but i never asked for that. Now I just want a refund and I dont ever want to go back there again. Years ago we purchased hundreds of dollars of gift certificates from this salon for Milton High School-Glad i now know. I own several businesses and if I handled my customers in this way I would not feel very good about my business. This was supposed t
